Responsibilities
* Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge.
* Lead by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandise standards and staff presentation standards to maximise sales potential.
* Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately.
* Support the Boutique Manager with operational management of the boutique – ensuring high standards in health and safety, facilities, policies and procedures, and back‐office operations.
* Help increase the VIP customer base and nurture relationships with all VIP customers.
* Stay aware of market trends and understand forthcoming customer initiatives.
* Support development and mentoring of boutique team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
* Assist in fostering a feedback‐rich culture by identifying opportunities for team members to improve their performance through positive and constructive feedback and ensuring that the action plans for performance reviews are managed.
