Geelong Grammar Schoo l is one of the world’s leading coeducational boarding and day schools offering exceptional education to all of its students, from Early Learning to Year 12.
Junior School (approximately 120 students). Situated in Corio, this campus caters for day students from Early Learning to Year 4. After Year 4, students from the Junior School proceed to Corio Middle School. Junior School has approximately 25 full time and part time teaching and support staff.
We are looking for a caring and collaborative Inclusive Learning Facilitator to support our Junior School students and teaching team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children with diverse learning needs reach their full potential.
About the Role
You will work closely with Classroom and Specialist Teachers to deliver inclusive learning experiences, supporting students individually and in small groups across all curriculum areas. A key focus is building students’ skills, confidence, and self‑regulation while contributing positively to the classroom environment.
* 22.5 - 27.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday (Term Time Only)
* Commencing May 2026 – Maximum Term until May 2027
Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers in delivering inclusive, differentiated learning
* Assist in implementing Individual Learning Plans
* Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group learning support
* Build supportive relationships with students, staff, and families
* Maintain confidentiality and follow school policies
* Contribute to meetings, co‑curricular activities, and school life
About You
* Experience supporting primary-aged students
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Organised, adaptable, and student‑focused
* Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent experience
* Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis Management Accreditation
