Fertool Australia is expanding, and we’re seeking experienced and entry-level team members to join our growing operations across the Geelong region.
We currently have opportunities available for:
* Superintendents (Senior Leadership Roles)
* Groundspeople / Turf Operators
* Apprentice Greenkeepers (Sports Turf Management)

About the Role
You will be working at Queens Park Golf Course, contributing to the delivery of high-quality playing surfaces and landscape presentation.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
* Maintenance and preparation of the golf course
* Operation of turf machinery and equipment
* Irrigation system maintenance and repairs
* Turf care programs, including fertilisation and spraying
* Landscaping and general grounds maintenance
* Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment
Apprenticeship Opportunity (4-Year Program)
For those starting, we offer a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management:
* Full-time (38 hours per week)
* Structured on-the-job training
* Formal qualification pathway

What We’re Looking For
For Superintendents:
* Proven experience in sports turf or golf course management
* Leadership and team management capability
* Strong understanding of turf agronomy and maintenance programs
For Groundspeople:
* Experience in turf, landscaping or maintenance (preferred)
* Ability to operate machinery safely
* Strong work ethic and team focus
For Apprentices:
* Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent)
* Genuine interest in outdoor work and turf management
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Strong attitude and reliability
Essential Requirements (All Roles)

* Ability to work outdoors in a physical environment
* Team-oriented mindset
* Australian working rights
Working Hours
Typically:
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
Early starts (approx. 6:00–6:30 am) depending on site
