Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily site activities and subcontractor coordination Drive programme and manage critical path to achieve EOFY completion Ensure WHS compliance and site safety standards Manage structural components and services coordination Maintain quality control and client communication on site Assist with on-the-tools support where required About You Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects Strong programme management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines Confident managing multiple trades on live sites Hands-on attitude with a proactive leadership style Excellent communication and problem-solving skills This project involves the refurbishment of a hotel, with works spanning the gaming room, dining area, function space, installation of a new keg room, and construction of a playground. There are some minor structural components included however the scope is relatively straight forward. The client will oversee the initial asbestos and mould remediation, along with the demolition package. A kitchen upgrade has also been incorporated into the works.
