Sigma Therapies is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As an NDIS Registered Provider, we work collaboratively with clients and their support networks across Perth to deliver person-centred care that truly matters.
The Role
You will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to NDIS participants, focusing on functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescription, and home modifications. What We Need
* Qualifications: A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
* Expertise: Experience (or a keen interest) in NDIS services, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and SIL/SDA assessments.
* Approach: A commitment to evidence-informed practice and a person-centred approach.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team-based setting.
* Values: A professional manner that is respectful, reliable, and aligned with our core values of empathy and accountability.
* Requirements:
o A valid driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
