The Regional Application Centre drives the performance of our Projects & Services business from tendering to execution, delivering large-scale electrical distribution and automation solutions across APAC.Schneider Electric is an equal prospect employer.
All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for interview.What you'll doLead large, multi-technology projects across APAC, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomesCoordinate with global Schneider factories and suppliers for integrated MV/LV, automation, and digital solutionsManage subcontractors, vendors, and customer relationships across design, procurement, and execution phasesIdentify and manage project risks, changes and claimsEnsure compliance with Schneider's Customer Project Process and contractual obligationsProvide expert input to sales, tendering, and peer project managersWhat you bring8+ years' experience managing complex, high-profile industrial or infrastructure projectsExperience with complex O&G;, multi-technology / datacentre projectsExperience with offshore manufacturing, global procurement, and construction integrationPMP certification (or ability to achieve it within 12 months)Proven stakeholder engagement up to executive levelsStrong commercial, contract, and financial acumenWillingness and ability to travel internationally on an ad hoc basisWork on some of the most advanced infrastructure and energy projects in APACBe part of a team that champions sustainability and digital innovationCollaborate with experts across engineering, supply chain, and R&D; Thrive in a global, inclusive, and high-performance environmentYou must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
