To support our substantial growth, we are seeking an experienced full-time cook & chef (minimum 3 years of experience required).
Salary: $70,000 ~ $78,000 per year
Sponsorship visa is available based on your performance, qualification, and experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations by managing team members.
Choose ingredients and develop the cooking menu.
Select high-quality ingredients to ensure optimal flavor.
Coach and supervise kitchen staff.
Determine food quantities to order and maintain appropriate supplies.
Work accurately during busy periods.
Apply food safety best practices.
Stay updated with current culinary trends.
Prepare daily food items.
Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines.
Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner, following recipes and presentation standards.
Restock items as needed during shifts.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at work stations.
Properly use and maintain all kitchen equipment.
Prepare dishes accommodating food allergies or intolerances.
Ensure food quality and safety through sanitary measures.
Work efficiently and consistently to meet deadlines.
Ensure timely meal preparation and correct portion sizes.
Stay productive and prepare for future needs.
Follow reporting procedures for accidents and incidents.
