About the roleOffice Location: Darwin, Northern Territory, AU, 0800The Application Tools Team is responsible for maintaining and configuring the tools used for software deployment and operating system deployment using Microsoft Configuration Manager and Adaptive.
Assisting the Application packagers with more complex packaging requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and integrate new Hardware into Microsoft Configuration Manager for OSD ensuring all drivers and required driver apps are installedAssist Application packagersAdvanced packaging issuesHelp mentor junior packagersMaintain Management tools/servers (Microsoft Configuration Manager, Adaptiva)Assist with keeping tools/servers versions up to dateAssist with any build issuesAssist with identifying, testing and implementing any improvements to the build processAssist with any software deployment and install issuesHelp identifying any improvements to the application packaging process, keeping WI's up to dateAssist Applications Senior, Architects and Security with testing and implementing any SOE configuration changesWhat We're Looking For2+ Years with the application packagingKnowledge of Active Directory and Group PolicyGood Knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager and Adaptiva on Windows server systemsGood trouble shooting and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with ITIL processes and standardsGood knowledge of Powershell and SQLSome knowledge and/or experience with Intune and Office 365If you're ready to take your next step career move, we'd love to hear from you!
