Burger Urge is a fast-growing and dynamic restaurant chain with a passion for burgers. We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Team Leader who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture.
Team Leader Role
* Coordinate assigned stations without supervision, guiding staff where needed.
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving customer complaints.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and company policies.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist restock as needed.
* Train new team members and provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure they meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, tools, and workspaces.
* Drive sales by suggesting menu items and promoting specials to customers.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Venue Manager.
