We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join our dynamic sales team as a New Car Sales Manager.
This role is responsible for the efficiency and profitability of the new car vehicle sales department. You will be a natural leader capable of building a strong and supportive team culture while maintaining our exceptional customer service results. Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, the role requires a proven track record in achieving KPIs in sales and customer service.
As a New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Working with the General Sales Manager to control the acquisition of all new vehicle stock while maintaining inventory levels.
Market and position our dealership as Sydney's premier BMW dealership through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Leading and managing a team of sales executives by example to ensure sales targets are reached and exceeded.
Developing and executing strategies to drive new vehicle sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Setting goals, monitoring progress, and coaching team members to optimize performance.
Driving customer satisfaction with a customer-first approach, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through to delivery.
Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute sales events, promotions, and advertising strategies.
About you:
Proven track record in sales and leadership within the automotive industry.
Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and employees.
In-depth understanding of the financial aspects of the business.
Ability to create forecasts and analyze sales trends.
