Role Overview
The role of FIFO 2:1 Planner/Scheduler is a crucial position that requires the individual to lead the continual improvement of project planning processes to ensure accurate and efficient planning/scheduling needs are met for internal and external stakeholders.
The Planner/Scheduler will be accountable for supporting the project to achieve coherent delivery of day-to-day objectives for our client through consistent execution of detailed project control processes.
About the Position
* Lead the development and implementation of project planning processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Support the project team in achieving daily objectives through effective project control.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Ensure risk associated with project/job scheduling is mitigated through detailed analysis and reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of project control requirements, management of planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, and construction and engineering processes in Greenfields and Brownfields environments.
A tertiary degree or trade background qualifications relevant to the role, along with extensive experience in materials handling environments, will be highly regarded. The successful candidate must meet Goodline's mobilisation requirement standards, satisfy Goodline Pre-employment Medical and any required client-based medical/medical standard, demonstrate aligned HI-FOCUS Values, and possess proven leadership skills to train and upskill engineering resources in scheduling/planning skills.
