Job Description:

A Product Manager is required to lead and contribute to the planning and implementation of projects. This involves defining scope and requirements, developing plans and schedules, managing project budget, overseeing resource allocation and work packages, managing risks and issues, and communicating project progress.

The Product Manager will be accountable for providing leadership and direction to ensure integration and consistency in the management of projects and products within Australian Capability Programs.

* Lead a team, providing clear communication, setting performance standards, managing performance, delegating responsibility, and guiding and developing people.
* Plan and manage allocated resources, set program priorities, workflows, work area strategies, and evaluate business outcomes.
* Develop, implement, and monitor program strategies, plans, and risks to enable delivery and reporting on client requirements and expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Formal qualifications in Project Management, Business Management, or related field, or minimum of 5 years' experience in ICT Program Management environment.
* Proficiency in Atlassian suite of products, including JIRA, R4J, Xray, and Confluence.
