Coldshield seeks a Field Service Coordinator for its service team, ensuring customers receive outstanding support by coordinating end-to-end service delivery, managing communications and tracking job progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage reactive service cases in CRM, from logging through to resolution
* Act as primary customer contact, responding promptly via phone and email
* Coordinate daily with field service technicians, finance and production teams
* Maintain customer portals and assist with regular service reports and KPI reporting
* Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in ERP/CRM systems an advantage.
