We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated **UX Designer** to join our Ecommerce team.
Reporting into our Head of UX, this role will work alongside Developers and Ecommerce, Marketing and Digital Specialists to produce various fidelity UX/UI Designs and UX artefacts and conduct user validation across various digital channels to help solve complex user experience challenges in a fast-paced and unique B2B/B2C ecommerce environment.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Taking direction from Head of UX, UX Lead and Product Owners working on user journeys, Lo Fidelity and High-Fidelity Prototypes, Information architecture and Wireframes.
- Working on atomic design model and producing pixel perfect UX/UI designs elements, interactive style guides, dev assets, animation & Micro-interactions, and interactive prototypes.
- Working directly with key stakeholders, product owners, BAs, developers and other cross-functional teams.
- Running Ideation sessions, user testing sessions, market research, researching current industry best practice and inclusive design.
- Working autonomously to bring together multiple viewpoints into ideation using co-design methodologies such as rapid sketching.
- Challenging assumptions by learning and iterating our solutions based on user testing, closed group and beta testing, and piloting experiences.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B/B2C ecommerce industry
- Strong experience with UX/UI Design using tools like Sketch, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong prototyping skills using tools like Invision, XD and Principle etc.
- Experience using Product and Technical development collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience designing apps, responsive web, style guides and dev assets.
- Demonstrated collaboration, presentation communication and time-management skills as well as ability to work as a contributing member of a multi-disciplinary design team
