The Opportunity:
As part of the Gold Fields Graduate Program, you will complete rotations across four sites over a two-year period, including Agnew, Granny Smith, Gruyere, St Ives, and (where relevant) the Perth office. Throughout the program, you'll work alongside members of our highly experienced technical team, gaining hands‐on exposure to the gold mining environment. You'll develop and demonstrate a set of core competencies, ensuring well‐rounded capability across all key areas. This program offers genuine, real‐world mining experience and the opportunity to see how your foundational university studies translate into practice.

Skills & Qualifications:
* Completed your Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, or similar by end 2026.
* Vacation experience in a mining environment is ideal, but not essential.
About the Role:
* Support the delivery of engineering and capital projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders from initiation through to execution.
* Contribute to the improvement of asset reliability and performance by supporting maintenance strategies, inspections and engineering standards.
* Assist with engineering analysis, technical investigations and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment to identify improvement opportunities.
