Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing property sales and purchases, providing excellent customer service, guiding clients through their real estate journey, developing relationships with buyers and sellers, and staying knowledgeable about market trends to advise clients effectively.
The role also requires compliance with real estate regulations and maintaining proper documentation for transactions.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this role
Strong proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service in a real estate context
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Familiarity with the local real estate market in Brisbane, QLD
A self-motivated mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for property listings and client communication
