**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Corporate clients
- Book & fulfil travel requests to domestic and international destination
- Evaluate fare options and routing alternatives to deliver the most favourable fares for all travel itineraries, aligning with the specific preferences and needs of customers.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Utilize GDS to process reservations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations
- Work autonomously while being part of a team
**Required Experience**:
- Corporate or Retail travel Experience is a must
- Previous GDS experience required (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
- Possess good Fares and ticketing knowledge
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
