Chef / Cook – Willing Wine Bar
Willing Wine Bar is an intimate neighbourhood venue. We are looking for a creative and approachable chef/ cook with a genuine passion for food to join our small team and take ownership of the kitchen.
We want everyone in the venue to have a good time, and we believe this starts with good energy from our team. Good vibes create good vibes. While the position is primarily a kitchen role, as a small operation, a willingness lend a hand with FOH duties and interact warmly with guests is essential.
Our kitchen is an open space located behind the bar and is run by one chef, working closely alongside our FOH team. The menu is simple, seasonal and wine-driven, with a rotating selection of Mediterranean-inspired dishes. It is a small space, so working efficiently and keeping the space clean and organised is extremely important. As is the ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during busy service.
We value collaboration, mutual respect and good energy - If you love wine, food, and working in a supportive team where culture matters as much as creativity, we'd love to hear from you.
Main responsibilities and duties include:
