Experienced and qualified Butcher to join the team in Mackay QLD - Trade Qualified Preferred.
Client provides the finest quality meat produce, service and advice to Mackay, the Whitsundays and surrounding mining communities in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide operational support to Store Managers across both store locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance.
2. Deliver high-quality standards in all aspects of meat preparation, including trimming, cutting, packing, and merchandising for both orders and displays.
3. Manage inventory levels, place supply orders, and ensure effective stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
4. Enforce hygiene and food safety protocols in compliance with Safefood standards.
Skills and Abilities:
* Must have experience as a Butcher.
* Certificate III in Meat Processing or related Qualification.
