Job Opportunity
The Plough Crew/Plant Operator will work in a 21-day on / 7-day off roster in remote locations across regional NSW, with opportunities for additional earnings. A generous living allowance of $280 per day is included.
Key Responsibilities
* Rod, Rope & Hauling: hauling multiple cables by hand and machinery, quality checks.
* Civil Activities: repair blockages, operate plant and equipment such as dozers, excavators, vacuum trucks, winches, mobile cranes, and HR trucks.
* Labouring Duties: cut and repair fences, undertake excavation using hand and mechanical methods.
About the Project
The Inter City Fibre Network project involves the renewal/upgradation of the existing inter-city network across the nation. This iconic project provides additional capacity between capital cities and remote communities to enhance performance and improve connectivity to regional Australia, supporting anticipated growth in bandwidth over the next 25+ years.
