- Execute new dishes based on seasonal changes and customer demand. Have input to the preparation and planning of current menus. Ensure that your section is clean, and prep is done a timely and efficient manner. Stock ordering and control. Work with the team to produce a high quality of line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating. Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations. Improve your cooking daily. Any other duties required for a smooth operation of the kitchen and business.
You should have;At least 1 year experience in fast-paced lunch and dinnerservice Experience in fine dining Knowledge and experience in Italian cuisine
Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Food Safety Certificate
