Your role with us
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close across KICK’s advertising inventory, including display, video, sponsorships and programmatic. Focus spans pipeline development, deal execution and commercial strategy within a creator‑led streaming environment. Strong digital advertising knowledge and commercial instinct will shape how opportunities are structured and grown. Close collaboration with Product, Partnerships and Engineering ensures commercial ideas become practical, platform‑ready solutions.

What You Will Do
* Own the end‑to‑end ad sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close, while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
* Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline in Placements.io, delivering accurate forecasting and clear visibility across all stages.
* Craft compelling pitches, media kits and tailored commercial solutions, including sponsorships, insertion orders and custom integrations.
* Develop and manage strategic relationships with brands, agencies, platforms and tech partners, representing KICK in all commercial conversations.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to expand creator‑led offerings and unlock new revenue opportunities across the ecosystem.
Commercial Execution & Enablement
* Translate ideas into execution by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships to deliver commercial initiatives.
* Build business cases, pricing models and forecasts, while tracking performance and ROI to inform decision‑making.
What You Will Bring
* 3–6 years of experience in ad sales, business development, commercial strategy, partnerships or revenue operations.
* Successful track record selling ads for a large published or media/digital agency.
* Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close revenue‑generating deals.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and presentation experience.
* Commercial acumen, with comfort working across financial modelling, forecasting and commercial frameworks.
* Experience working cross‑functionally in a high‑growth or startup environment.
Bonus Points If You Also Have
* Experience with ad sales platforms and CRM/OMS tools (Placements.io or similar).
* Familiarity with platform or creator ecosystems, ideally in streaming, entertainment or tech.
* Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, including display, video, sponsorship and programmatic.
* Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack.
* Experience selling in overseas markets and established overseas connections in the ads industry.
* Experience selling to multiple verticals and industries.
* Can proficiently speak, read and write in another language.
