Inventory Management Specialist
Valmont HR is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to oversee warehouse operations.
About the Role:
* Manage all inventory, including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
* Lead a high-performing team to drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, receipt, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
2. Oversee inventory records through regular stocktakes and effective stock control.
3. Develop, train, and manage inventory staff to create a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
4. Coordinate logistics and shipping documentation for timely deliveries.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, and aligning operations with production needs.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management.
