About the role
This Marketing Manager role will lead the organisation's marketing function through a critical period of growth and evolution. Managing an established team across EDMs, digital channels, social media and campaign execution, you will be responsible for elevating marketing maturity, developing the organisation's broader marketing strategy and introducing stronger governance, reporting and ROI frameworks. The role will drive major strategic initiatives across member engagement, retention and organisational growth, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to position marketing as a true strategic function within the business. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape long-term initiatives, influence executive decision making and build a high-performing marketing team.
About you
You are an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in strategic and full-funnel marketing within corporate, professional services or similarly complex environments. You bring experience developing marketing plans, leading teams and driving measurable business outcomes through data-led campaigns and commercial thinking. Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‐on levels, you are confident influencing senior stakeholders, presenting clear points of view and implementing structure within evolving environments. You are a strong communicator, a natural coach and someone who thrives building marketing capability within organisations looking to elevate their function. To be considered, you must have extensive people management experience and be able to demonstrate your ability to define campaigns from the outset and drive them through the full funnel.
