Pay: $43.55 - $66.86 + $2.25 Educational Leader Allowance + Super
Responsibilities
- Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review and enhance educational programs
- Guide application of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Work with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and educational excellence

You’ll need
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Must hold NESA accreditation/registration
