Make a real impact in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Commencing early January ****, this opportunity requires a 12-month commitment, full-time hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Youll spend your first six months in the WFI office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period, hybrid work arrangements—two days per week from home—will be offered, aligned with business requirements. This is a max-term full-time role based in Jagera Giabal and Jarowair Country (Toowoomba).
What You\'ll Do
Manage email communications and coordinate policy post-outs
Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care
Support debtor follow-ups and maintain accurate records
Review and monitor submissions to maintain high standards
Collaborate with your team to deliver great customer outcomes

Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and follow business processes
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and maintain compliance
Clear communicator with strong rapport-building and active listening skills
