Your excellent communication skills, valid driver's licence, and access to a reliable motor vehicle will enable you to effectively manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
About the Role
* You will assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
* Based on your findings, you will formulate treatment goals unique to each client and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* You will also recommend adaptations to the environment, including home, school, work, and residential facilities, to support clients with their functional limitations and promote independence.
In this role, you will have opportunities to develop and expand upon your skills across all age groups, clinical areas, and settings. You will be supported by a dedicated supervisor for 1 hour of 1:1 weekly supervision and have access to professional development opportunities.

What We Are Looking For
* Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist with current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for the same upon completion of a university degree in occupational therapy.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
