Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer will lead all aspects of the company's corporate strategy, operations and market engagement. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for delivering exploration success, maintaining a disciplined approach to capital markets engagement and driving project advancement for the company's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with Board objectives.
* Oversee exploration, technical and corporate programs, ensuring projects are advanced efficiently and safely.
* Lead investor relations, capital markets engagement and corporate communications.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, regulators and local communities.
* Manage budgets, exploration programs and corporate reporting in line with ASX requirements.
* Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures.
* Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring governance, ESG, and stakeholder obligations are met.
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Geology, Mining, Chemical Engineering or a related, relevant discipline.
* Notable experience in the mining industry, including senior executive or CEO roles in public company settings.
* Demonstrated success advancing exploration assets in the gold and/or critical minerals sectors.
* Strong understanding of ASX governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
