Job Title: Fertiliser Operations Manager
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team to ensure efficient, sustainable and safe operations at our fertiliser plant. Key responsibilities include maintaining adequate staff levels, monitoring productivity and safety, identifying training needs, and providing feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to achieve high operational performance, maintain quality standards, and promote continuous improvement in production and operational standards and procedures.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a production/manufacturing role, with demonstrated skills and knowledge in modern process and production methodologies including materials handling, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, HACCP Protocols, FMCG and GMP principles. They will also possess advanced communication and leadership skills, with the ability to gain the respect and confidence of others.
