Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of accountants across a diverse range of client engagements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic business and tax advice
* Oversee and review compliance work, ensuring high standards and technical accuracy
* Drive operational efficiency and contribute to internal process improvements
* Play an integral role in business development and client acquisition activities
* Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development
* Work closely with the Directors on firm strategy, growth initiatives, and succession planning
About You
* CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years of experience in public practice accounting
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic advice
* Strong technical skills across accounting, tax, and business advisory
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
* Commercially minded with a genuine interest in contributing to business growth
* Looking for a long-term leadership opportunity with equity potential
