Lead a Team in Maternity and Womens Health Care
Clinical Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care in areas of your clinical expertise. You will assess and respond appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
* Provide supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support.
* Lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.
* This is a leadership position where you will be the Clinical Nurse in charge after hours and weekends if rostered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and mentor nurses to improve patient outcomes.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar clinical leadership setting.
* Bachelor of Nursing / Midwifery or equivalent and AHPRA registration (must be dual registered RN / RM).
* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership support and mentorship.
* Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements.
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment.
