Role: Educational Leader
Location: Greenfields WA 6210
Centre: Goodstart Riverside Gardens WA
Employment Type: Permanent. Full/Part time considered
Pay: $41.60 - $68.34 P/h + Super (DOE + Qualification)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
- Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice in collaboration with the centre leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current WA Working with Children Check
