The role involves:

* Providing administrative support to the team
* Effectively communicating with customers about delivery timelines
* Undertaking vehicle inspections
* Exploring customer needs and educating them on services offered
* Scheduling repair bookings
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Professional communication and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A current driver's license
* The ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
