Play a key role in providing specialised financial solutions to agribusiness clients across Northeast Victoria. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with primary producers and agricultural enterprises, helping them grow and succeed in a dynamic industry.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
* Drive portfolio growth through exceptional service and tailored banking solutions
* Focus on relationship management and business development to support a diverse range of Food and Agribusiness clients
YOU
You are passionate about building professional relationships and eager to expand your finance expertise in the Agribusiness sector. You have a strong professional presence, a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a personable nature. Our client is looking for someone with:
* Effective relationship management capabilities and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with client.
* Previous exposure to commercial segments within financial services or accounting (desirable).
* A qualification in accounting, finance, or business (desirable).
* An affinity to Agriculture through family, education or workplace.
THE ROLE
* Conduct research and prepare comprehensive credit submissions and financial analysis.
* Provide tailored banking solutions to an existing client portfolio.
* Identify risk associated with new and existing customers.
* Collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the business.
* Assist in meeting revenue and compliance targets.
