The Role
As our Graphic Designer & Production Artist, you’ll:
- Design: Create eye-catching artwork for signage, vehicle wraps, banners, and point-of-sale displays.
- Produce: Prepare production-ready files, oversee material selection, and liaise with our manufacturing suppliers to ensure flawless output.
- Collaborate: Work directly with account managers and clients to translate briefs into stunning visual solutions.
- Learn & Grow: Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard signage materials, digital printing, and fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret design briefs and develop concepts that align with client branding.
- Produce high-resolution art files (AI, PSD, InDesign) prepared for large-format printing and CNC routing.
- Manage file versioning, colour calibration, and proof approvals.
- Coordinate with printers, installers, and suppliers to maintain quality and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and propose efficient solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Previous signage or large-format print experience is a bonus—but not essential.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Keen eye for typography, colour, and layout.
- Excellent file-preparation and pre-press knowledge.
- Attributes: Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within our team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management.
