Overview
As a leader in global background screening services, HireRight is seeking a strategic and customer‑focused Product Manager to join our International product organization. In this role, you'll drive product innovation and execution across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a product leader at HireRight, you'll be empowered to define the vision, shape the roadmap and champion the voice of the customer – all while working in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment that values transparency, agility and impact. This is a pivotal role within the International product team and will deliver strategic solutions that are tailored to the needs of the ANZ region. You will collaborate with a globally distributed product development organization, establish close partnerships across the business to create, build and deliver innovative and differentiated screening products from ideation to launch.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities based on market, customer, regulatory and business needs.
* Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch and go‑to‑market activities.
* Create epic and feature‑level requirements as well as user stories for agile delivery teams.
* Practice data‑informed decision‑making and demonstrate deep understanding of critical business drivers and KPIs to help achieve product‑market fit.
* Establish a feedback loop with customers, users and partners to understand pain points and identify new products and services that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
* Identify new market opportunities, develop business cases and present them to senior leadership for sponsorship, budgeting, prioritisation and resourcing.
* Collaborate with go‑to‑market and marketing teams on product positioning, packaging and pricing.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritise features and create actionable requirements.
* Clearly communicate and build consensus with agile teams, stakeholders and leadership.
* Participate and contribute to marketing events, conferences and webinars and act as an evangelist and thought leader in the space.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
* 3+ years of experience defining, building and launching successful B2B SaaS products.
Experience Overseeing Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Requirements Definition
* Experience leading and collaborating with large distributed and cross‑functional teams.
* Experience with product delivery from ideation through launch and go‑to‑market activities.

3. Customer‑centric with deep empathy and understanding for customers and users.
