Salon Operations Coordinator

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage systems, and support leadership so the creative team can focus on what they do best.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations and logistics
Manage and maintain platforms including Timely, Vish, Slack, Cloutly, Get Aglow
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
Track performance metrics, reports, and team KPIs
Problem-solve and keep systems running efficiently behind the scenes
Front of House & Coordination
Deliver a warm, polished and professional front-of-house experience
Manage and optimise salon bookings to prevent scheduling gaps or double bookings.
Handle client enquiries, complaints, and feedback with care and confidence
Coordinate staff communication and ensure daily timing and service flow
Support management with team meetings, reporting, and salon events
Help drive accountability and motivation across the team
Maintain a positive, grounded energy on the salon floor, especially during busy days
You're calm, capable, and love bringing structure to creative chaos. You're equally comfortable managing admin and connecting with people, and take pride in doing things properly, on time, and efficiently.
