**Dynamic ICT Support Role at The Westport Club**

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced candidate who has a humanistic approach to customer service. Working closely with each destination team, you will provide support and customer service relating to all ICT functions, software, and hardware.
* Provide level 1-3 support via our ICT ticketing system
* Configure, deploy, and support all required hardware and software applications in use across all sites
* Manage mail and SMTP, specifically O365
* Administer virtual environments, concept, and administration (VMWare & Hyper-V)
* Support and administer Teams and SharePoint
* Maintain multi-site connectivity
* Support POS systems
* Perform basic system administration, including backups, patching, stability, and upgrades
* Provide after-hours support on a rotating roster
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess at least 5 years' experience in an ICT support role. You will need to be an organised member of the team with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and have a strong work ethic. Additionally, this role requires working with teams at different destinations, so a positive and flexible attitude is essential.
* Previous experience in a Level 1-3 ICT support role
* Relevant tertiary education in ICT
* Experience troubleshooting application services, infrastructure end-to-end
* Experience supporting LANs, PC operating systems, and desktop software
* Excellent working knowledge of M365, Exchange administration, LAN technologies, and Microsoft
* Experience with technologies such as VMware (virtual environments), MS OS's (server, desktop), MacOs, IOS, and android
* Configuring, deploying, and supporting a wide variety of hardware and software applications across multiple sites and industry types
