The opportunity
As the Deputy Principal, working in collaboration with the Principal and other school leaders you will
* continue to develop and monitor the school's vision, mission and strategic direction
* emphasise the centrality of teaching and learning in the life and work of the school, including facilitating staff performance and development
* establish positive relationships including engagement in the pastoral care of students and staff and supporting their spiritual and moral development
* provide leadership and coordination in specific areas of delegated responsibility.

About You
* Experienced teacher with expertise in implementing high quality learning and teaching programs.
* High level of organisational skills to allow for the smooth daily organisation of the school.
* Committed to co-creating a nurturing school environment.
* Hold or be eligible to hold, registration as a teacher in Queensland.
