Job Title: Hospitality Experience Team Lead
This role offers an opportunity to lead a team in providing exceptional experiences for guests at our resort properties.
* The Guest Experience Host Team Lead will oversee the activities and performance of Guest Experience Hosts onsite.
* This includes scheduling resident guests for updates or Club presentations during their stay, generating sales appointments for our sales centers, and establishing rapport with customers to deliver an outstanding experience.
* Working closely with resort operations teams is essential to provide seamless transitions and high-level service for owners and guests through the check-in process.
