With a relaxed marina atmosphere and quality dining, we are seeking a motivated Culinary Team Leader to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie looking to step up and take on more responsibility, leadership, and creative involvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations across à la carte dining, events, and functions.
2. Lead and support kitchen staff during service, ensuring smooth execution.
3. Maintain high food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
4. Support menu development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal and function menus.
5. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and WHS standards.
6. Manage stock rotation, ordering assistance, and minimize waste.
7. Train, mentor, and support junior kitchen staff.
