A commercial construction company based in Keysborough is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their small and streamlined finance team. This organisation holds contracts with major retailers and well known brands and has a consistent flow of work coming in.
**Your new role**
- Confirming approvals for invoices
- Review and release invoices monthly
- Payment of all invoices
- Monthly reconciliations
- Additional AP and Finance Ad-Hoc duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience with AP processing is essential.
- Experience in a construction company is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great problem-solving and data entry skills
- Experience with Excel
