We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team, providing high-quality support to elderly individuals and those with disabilities. Domestic assistance is a must for this role, helping clients maintain a clean and safe environment while supporting their independence. Key Responsibilities:
* Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and household chores
* Supporting clients to access community activities and maintain social connections
* Promoting independence and respecting individual needs and preferences
* Maintaining accurate records of support provided
* Working as part of a team to ensure clients receive compassionate and respectful care
Requirements:
* Previous experience in support work or caring roles (preferred but not essential)
* Domestic assistance experience
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
* Good communication skills (English speaking and listening is a must)
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Work only between Monday and Friday 10am to 3pm on average 14 hours per fortnight based on client required time. This roll would suit a student, stay at home parent or semi retired person

Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour
