About the Role
Pellegrino Pizza is seeking an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead our retail and front-of-house operations in Warragul. You will be responsible for coordinating takeaway sales, merchandise, team leadership, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and great customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Supervise takeaway and shop operations, including merchandise and customer service
* Lead and train staff, manage rosters, and maintain team morale
* Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
* Ensure store cleanliness, compliance, and operational efficiency
* Assist with reporting, sales tracking, and driving customer satisfaction
What You’ll Need
* At least 2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or food-service management
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Knowledge of POS systems, basic reports, and stock management
* Positive, proactive, and hands-on work ethic
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
* Full working rights in Australia
