About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our dynamic and patient-focused GP clinic in Belconnen, ACT. As a full-time General Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and compassionate primary healthcare services to our growing community. What you'll be doing
1. Providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients of all ages
2. Conducting thorough medical examinations, diagnoses, and treatments
3. Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans in collaboration with patients
4. Referring patients to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed
5. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records
6. Participating in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements
7. Contributing to the overall growth and development of the practice
What we're looking for
1. Registration as a General Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
2. Sponsorship available for candidates requiring Australian work rights
3. Provisional registration with AHPRA is accepted for this position
4. Supervision available for non VR doctors.
5. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Practitioner, preferably in a primary care setting
6. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based medicine
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients
8. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and technology
9. A collaborative, patient-centric approach to healthcare delivery
10. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
