**The role**:
As a general manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running's of residential aged care, seniors living and home care services within the designated service precinct while supporting the wider leadership team and an experienced Care Manager's in providing day to day operational & clinical direction, motivation & continuous development to your team members.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.
Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational & financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPI's, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.
**Summary of Duties**:
- Provide operational oversight to residents & care staff
- Ensure compliance with all accreditation standards
- HR & staffing support
- Monitor compliance of WHS legislation
- Manage budgetary requirements of the facility
**Skills and Experience**:
- APHRA Registered Nurse (desired)
- Understanding & working knowledge of ACFI processes
- Leadership capabilities within a team (preferably multi-site experience)
- Strong interpersonal & written communication skills
