Role and Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the company to ensure smooth daily operations
* Provide proactive and reliable support to Directors, CEO, and/or Managing Director
* Supervise and coordinate the tasks and workload of administrative team members
* Support project administration activities to ensure timely achievement of business goals
* Handle account management duties and maintain positive engagement with stakeholders and clients
* Perform general office tasks including answering calls, document scanning, filing, and other team-based responsibilities
* Assist with accounts receivable/payable duties as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero accounting software
* Demonstrated experience with Xero invoicing and reporting functions is required
* Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role
* Office management experience is essential for this position
* Strong customer service orientation with a positive, team-first mindset
* Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic office environment
* Australian work rights are required for this position
