What you'll do:
* Manage clients from first contact through to settlement
* Deliver a high-quality, high-trust client experience
* Explain finance clearly and confidently (especially for complex scenarios)
* Work closely with an in-house Broker Support team member who assists with file prep and submissions
* Handle volume while keeping standards high

What we're looking for:
* Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking
* 2+ years of recent loan-writing experience
* MFAA/FBAA accredited (or eligible to obtain)
* Client-first, outcome-driven approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound enquiries without sacrificing quality
