Role Overview
The Integration Work Partnership (IWP) Coordinator will provide expert support and advice to the IWP contract, coordinating and ensuring the timely delivery of tasks, schedules, and deliverables in line with the Amentum Major Support Provider agreement with the Air Combat Systems Branch.
Responsibilities
* Respond to all requirements under Statements of Work (SOW), including resource updates, pricing updates, and contract management.
* Manage and coordinate assigned staff, SMEs, and small‐business subcontractors, fostering a fully integrated team approach.
* Support the long‐term relationship and operation of the IWP contract, including planning, monitoring, control, and reporting.
* Engage with client stakeholders to understand expectations and concerns.
* Coordinate end‐to‐end SOW activities.
* Facilitate recruitment activities – candidate assessments, interviews, interview appraisals, and client submissions.
* Liaise with recruitment partners and submit tasks on various online portals.
* Assist with monthly reporting and facilitate secretariat duties for client performance reviews.
* Identify and collaborate with the IWP team on continuous improvement opportunities across the Branch.

* Experience supporting operational delivery.
* Experience supporting interview processes.
* Proactive, transparent engagement with stakeholders to build trust and manage expectations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong business and commercial acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in workforce planning.
* Experience in contract administration.
Security Clearance
NV1 (minimum) | NV2 (preferred)
Location & Hours
Canberra – minimum two days on site with the client.
Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week.
