About The Role
The
Trade Maintenance Supervisor
is a
Full-Time
position, based at our
Ingleburn factory (Glass wool products)
. Reporting to the
Manager
you contribute to the maintenance activities to ensure reliability, error minimisation and sustained quality improvement.
In This Role You Will
* Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
* Manage the Trade maintenance team of Fitters and Electricians.
* Directly supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed in alignment with processes, procedures, and policies.
* Schedule maintenance shutdowns and coordinate specific maintenance tasks.
* Support the maintenance manager with tracking maintenance costs and expenses.
* Leading the Maintenance team to ensure the effective operation of the site, maximising efficiency while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
* Providing technical leadership that guides the plant towards achieving strategic objectives.
* Utilising Lean Manufacturing Principles to enhance plant reliability, product quality, and streamline processes.
Ideally, you will have either a Mechanical OR Electrical trade qualifications with experience or interest to work in a manufacturing site. You will have excellent Leadership and People Management skills.
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 6am-2pm.
